Every commission starts out with a request and it´s very important to let me know exactly what you want.

What do I need?
* List of models that you want me to paint.
* Which of the 2 available qualities do you want your commission to be painted.
* Possible conversions you have in mind.
* What colors or theme do you want the army painted in.
* Reference pictures?
* Do I need to order the models or do you sent them to me?
* Is everything assembled or do you want me to do this?

I am more than willing to help you out with any ideas!

After we agree on the list of miniatures and theme, I will prepare a detailed invoice and give you an estimate of the beginning and
end of the project.
To get the order in my agenda I will need an advanced payment of 50% of the commission costs.

This is down-payment is not refundable.
If you choose the option that I order the models for you then I need to total retail costs of these models on top of
the 50% down payment to order them.
After the project is finished I will request the final payment. (If there is any money left to be paid).
I will send the miniatures back when the payment is confirmed.
If you decide to not pay the final amount within 3 weeks of the payment request without any good reason, the models become property of Scar’s Miniature Madness.

I will email you with pictures every three days and give you the opportunity to
request small adjustments.
This is the time to let me know if you want something be done different.
For example, more blood, more battle damage, brighter highlights and so on.
Remember that too many of these changes may have an effect on the price.

* Handling takes +/- 48 hours.
* Everything will be carefully packed in bubble wrap, covered with chips and shipped with insurance.
* Shipping usually takes from 7-14 days depending on where you live.
* Scar’s Miniature Madness is not responsible for import tax.
